Over the last 15 months, the Board of Directors and Management have made significant improvements to resident access to board meeting materials and other documents (i.e. agendas, board meeting packets, meeting minutes). All of this information is posted each month on this website. 

 

We recommend that you review specifically the “Management Report” and the “Engineer Report”, which are both included in the board meeting packets. These two reports provide detailed information on pending items, enhancement initiatives and maintenance or repair projects occurring each day at Liberty Center. If you are primarily interested in the financial state of the association, detailed financial reports are prepared and posted each month here as well.

 

Keep in mind that Management cannot report all association activity or projects occurring in a “Community Update” because inboxes would be overloaded with lengthy emails that may not pertain to you or your unit.
