The Building Engineer will be accessing all units over the next month to inspect the adjustments on the pressure regulator valves.   We have received several reports of humming pipes over the last couple of weeks and we would like to investigate this further by running each source of water in your unit and adjusting the pressure regulator valve as needed.   The inspection will take about 10-12 minutes per unit.

The Building Engineer will be inspecting 3-4 floors per week.  The plan is to begin on the lower floors and work our way up.  If you do not see your floor on the list below, do not be concerned.  We will be emailing another schedule once we work through these initial floors.

 

Tuesday, July 31  – 9th Floor
Wednesday, Aug 1  – 10th Floor
Thursday, Aug 2  -  11th Floor
