ANNUAL WINDOW CLEANING

The annual window cleaning project will take place on Wednesday, August 1st and Thursday, August 2nd, weather permitting.  The window cleaning company will clean the exterior windows and canopies only, the balcony sliding glass doors are not included in the project.  Like last year, each resident will need to remove their window screens to prepare for the cleaning.  If you would prefer the Building Engineer remove your screens, please complete a maintenance request and submit it to the front desk.   Maintenance request forms can be found on the website or hard copies at the front desk.   Please be advised, there is a flat fee of $15 for the removal/reinstall of the screens.
