Transparency is important in preparing the annual budget.  At Liberty Center, budget transparency is supported through publicly advertised budget work meetings that allow Owners the opportunity to ask questions, voice concerns and/or comments during the open forum.  For those wishing to access the most recent version of the 2012 draft budget, the document has been posted under the "Financial Information" tab.  We will continue to advertise the budget preparation schedule as well as the budget adoption schedule via the association website and the meeting board in the lobby.
